What is involved with Personal Training?
I am a Level 3 qualified personal trainer with over 19 years’ experience working in the fitness industry. I understand the challenges that large gym environments can present. Whether you’re getting back into fitness, looking to push yourself to the next level or just starting out, I offer bespoke personal fitness training programmes to suit your individual requirements.
I am fully insured to operate from my own personal studio or for your convenience, I can also come to your home, work place or location of choice.
I create fun and stimulating programmes designed to ensure maximum enjoyment whilst addressing your fitness requirements, working not only to improve physical ability and stamina but also emotional health and wellbeing.
I attend regular health and fitness lectures, seminars and educational courses to keep up-to-date with current trends and scientific breakthroughs to give you the most current health, fitness and nutritional knowledge there is!
During your initial consultation I use a series of health and fitness tests accompanied by a questionnaire to help accurately assess your current level of fitness and nutritional requirements.
The consultation will include a simple health assessment involving some or all of the following where applicable:
- Blood Pressure
- Body Mass Index
- Hip to Waist Ratio
- Fitness Testing
- Lung Capacity
One to One Sessions
